    Keep up your practice by sitting regularly with others... it is enjoyable, and fires up your commitment. There is no fee for any of  these programs

    SUNDAYS 8.00 am  

    One hour, sometimes followed by coffee or breakfast at a local cafe

    FRIDAYS 7.00 pm

    Talk and then meditate.  Bring any questions or issues or topics that may be on your mind... or partake in a chat about a topic for the week..  and then sit in stillness. You will be surprised at how stillness of mind brings clarity and insight as you go about your week. Every week, except for the following:

    FRIDAY BLISSOUTS

    MARCH 16, JUNE 22, SEPTEMBER 9, NOVEMBER 11

    3 hour sitting sessions.  It is ok to adjust your position at any time, and there are scheduled brief breaks to stretch and move your body.  the three hours rushes by! And you will feel peaceful, calm, blissful.

    Get approval from your health care provider if you have issues that might make extended stillness problematic. Contact us to discuss if necessary.

    ONE FRIDAY IN Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer... At the beginning of each seasion we shift to the Mt Waverley premises for this beautiful program, having its origins in ancient yoga.
