Learn to be Resilient, Flexible and Problem-solving
An 8 week, 20 hour prograam which will enable you to be more relient and solution-oriented rather than predictable and reactive. Each session is in two parts, insight and learning in the first part, and practical training in the second part.

FRIDAYS AT 7.00 - 8.00 PM: A talk with Mataji, followed by 30 minutes meditation
Sitting with others for an hour of stillness - such a beautiful way either to end your week, or perhaps to begin your week!
Meditating with others brings people together much faster than other social interaction - we go deep together yet don't talk. Although we sometimes sojourn to the nearest coffee shop afterwards...

The Diploma of Meditation and Mindfulness includes a personal and theoretically supported exploration of stillness meditation – the pinnacle of yogic practice – while taking into account modern, westernised approaches from the medical or complementary health perspective.
Learn Resilience Flexibility and Problem solving
A two-part, 8 week program that gives you insight into why we are un-resilient and problem-maintaining, and the means to make a difference. 10.00 am - 12.30 pm or 6.30 pm -9.00 pm
