Meditating with others brings people together much faster than other social interaction - we go deep together yet don't talk. Although we sometimes sojourn to the nearest coffee shop afterwards...

A meditation retreat where we practice and discover some of the outcomes of meditation. Spaces are strictly limited, and will be of interest to any meditator, but particularly to teachers or those interested in teaching meditation.

The Diploma of Meditation and Mindfulness includes a personal and theoretically supported exploration of stillness meditation – the pinnacle of yogic practice – while taking into account modern, westernised approaches from the medical or complementary health perspective.
